This is a very rare color. We have named it INK but it actually is somewhere between steel, petrol and teal blue.  The Scarlett Skirt is made of a crisp rich taffeta with bold pleats in the front for movement and attitude while in the back the design changes so that the overall effect is shape-flattering. And yes, of course hidden pockets on the sides to support the right attitude. The belt is made of an elastic metallic band in a matching color combinations.
