This is a very rare color. We have named it INK but it actually is somewhere between steel, petrol and teal blue. 
The Scarlett Skirt is made of a crisp rich taffeta with bold pleats in the front for movement and attitude while in the back the design changes so that the overall effect is shape-flattering. And yes, of course hidden pockets on the sides to support the right attitude. The belt is made of an elastic metallic band in a matching color combinations.

Measurements:
Length: 110cm
Waist: the elastic waist band is 30cm left to right, or 60cm as a perimeter, without stretch. It can be stretched according to body types, broadly covering s/m - m/l.

Size-wise these measurements cover Small to Large sizing.
