  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking info will be sent once your order ships.

  • All prices are in EUR and include VAT (unless stated otherwise).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your items, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

🕓 Return Window

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

📦 Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Sale items (unless faulty)

    • Scrunchies (for hygiene reasons)

 

🔁 Exchanges

  • Want a different size or color? Email us at alwaysonsundayteam@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate (subject to availability).

 

🚚 How to Return

  1. Email us at alwaysonsundayteam@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us – you cover the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty.

 

💸 Refunds

  • We currently do not support a refund policy.

 

❗ Faulty Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right, covering the shipping cost.
